SYNOPSIS

Tez kills for money. Charles Mahr, a legendary gangster, gives her the job of avenging the murder of one of his couriers. She soon finds herself in the thicket of an intrigue in which she herself becomes the hunted. Tez has to decide whose tool she wants to be.

Christoph Hochhäusler is a director, author and publicist. His seven full-length feature films to date have been included in the official programme of the Cannes Film Festival (FALSCHER BEKENNER, 2005, UNTER DIR DIE STADT, 2010), Berlinale (MILCHWALD, 2003, SÉANCE, 2009, EINE MINUTE DUNKEL, 2011, BIS ANS ENDE DER NACHT), Rome (DIE LÜGEN DER SIEGER, 2014) and Locarno (LA MORT VIENDRA, 2024) and have received numerous awards (including the Silver Bear for best supporting role, Grimme Prize Special, Günther Rohrbach Prize, Berlin Art Prize, Drehbuchpreis München, German TV Award, Romy and others). He is the founder (1998-) and co-editor of the film magazine “Revolver” and was “Senior Lecturer Directing” at the German Film and Television Academy, Berlin (DFFB) from 2017-2021.
